Seasalt Cornwall has been one of our main sponsors since 2014, and their coastal-inspired clothes and welcoming Falmouth shop are always popular among festival-goers. Seasalt’s collections focus on quality and longevity, with timeless styles in responsibly sourced fabrics that feel good and fit well.
Seasalt was launched in Penzance in 1981, with a little family shop selling workwear and waterproof coats to fishermen and sailors, as well as local artists who chose practical jumpsuits and smocks for studio wear. Today, the brand has expanded beyond Cornish shores and is found around the world; however, Cornwall’s maritime heritage, wild landscape and artistic community remain at its heart.
With this coastal Cornish background, Seasalt is a natural fit for Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival, and they’ve played a big part in its success over the years. You can find the Seasalt Main Stage at Events Square, one of the largest of our outdoor stages.
